Employed as a Licensed Trade Manager, with a remit to expand trade, lower over-heads, develop own-brand products, whilst maintaining tight stock controls and banking procedures.

Promoted to Assistant Area Manager overseeing several outlets, with emphasis on staff development & training, distribution and stock handling, as well as overviews on margins.

With a huge range of experience in the daily running of a busy, successful pub,with experience of all levels of managing a pub, and other trades as well. A motivated, good-humoured team - player and leader, who dovetails into any situation, oozing professionalism, with solid organising skills and problem solving abilities, and lots of staying power.

Having completed courses in Licensing Law, Administration, Information Technology, Management, Marketing, Health & Hygiene and won the Mensa “Golden Tournament of the Mind”
